Hey Branson Area!  We have developed a unique system for patch repair work that is clean and efficient.  No longer do customers have to wait weeks on end to get cracks and patches filled nor their wall texture and paint matched.   We can finish up most repairs the same day so you don’t have to contend with a construction zone for days on end!  The work site stays clean and we protect all of your belongings. Vacuum Sanders with HEPA IV Stage filtration system are used to make sure we keep the air dust free and clean!

We’ll Patch Things Up

First thing-  call us and we can visit about your project  or scan the QR code on the envelope to fill out the ( Virtual Quote _ link to virtual estimate) This will provide us with the necessary information we need to know about your project.

On this form – fill in your contact information, the number of holes and damaged areas that need to be patched up, photos of the areas that need to be fixed, and if you need the area to be painted after repair.

When providing us with photos, we ask that you include a closeup photo of the damage, as well as a wide shot that includes the entire wall or area. This will allow us to choose the right team to get the job done!

Finally, place the sample drywall to be replaced inside the ASAP envelope.

After you fill out the virtual quote form, we will look over the information you provided us and we will get back with you within 24 hours to discuss the details of your project, overview cost, and set up initial consult.

When we book your drywall patching appointment, we will choose a day and time that works best for you.  We will come out to evaluate the patches, pick up patch and paint samples to be matched, and get the general layout and scope of work.  We perform work Monday- Friday from 9-5

After your repair date is set, we will schedule you in Basecamp 2- where you can get schedule and progress updates via Email.

On the day of your appointment we will begin by masking off runway to the repair site, set up our staging area for or tools and supplies, and protect furniture and floors, to ensure everything is covered.

We then cut out the damaged area, apply plaster to the hole, sand the area with a dust free sander, and apply any touch-ups as needed.

We then prime the patched area and inspect prior to texture.  Once texture has dried, we prime prior to painting the patched area with the paint color on hand or the best match from a sample we have of your current walls.

When the repair is complete, we then clean up and do a final microfibre sweep.  We will leave your area as clean as when we started.

FAQs

Most repairs can be done in a day, depending on size and number of repairs being performed.  Some textures are thicker and may need more time to cure out.  Most repairs can be done in a day, some repairs may take up to 3 days. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

We will take a sample of the wall we repair to the paint store who can match the color and sheen as close as possible.  All patches are cleaned and primed prior to color coats of paint.  Some walls may need to be painted corner to corner to ensure uniform color.

The initial consult is $135.00.  We will pick up the sample to be repaired.  We will evaluate the thickness of drywall, texture to be matched, and investigate wall paint you may have on hand or even an empty can will help.  We will then schedule our next stop.  The sample will be taken to be matched.

When we initiate the repair, we charge 89.60 per hour to complete the repair. 

For 1-3 small repairs, we would estimate 3-5 hours.

We mask off trim, tarp off floor area to be worked on, and run floor protection to the repair site from the entry way.  We also cover all the immediate areas where dust may be a concern with Static Plastic.  We do use Festool dustless vacuum with IV stage HEPA filtration to sand out the repairs and collect residual dust. 

We also clean up and tidy the workspace between trips to ensure the customer has access to their living space.

Despite all these measures, there still may be a little dust that may settle.  We also can change out the HVAC filter if you have it on hand, or we can purchase for you to install for further peace of mind.

We do use Shellac Based Primers for water damage stains, entomb mold, and seal porous surfaces.  oil based texture is also used to speed the process of some repairs.  We can discuss our process and ensure we use effective products for customers sensitive to chemicals/orders.  Some repairs can uncover unforeseen issues.  If we do see something of concern, we will definitely pass that along to the customer.

We warranty the repair for 1 year.

All the work will be performed by PatchASAP employees. We do not use subcontractors because we cannot control how they appear, when they do the work, or when they show up.

All of our craftspeople are insured and carry workers compensation.
